Usually very good but unfortunately with most recent order they failed to notify me that an item was discontinued and would not be sent out despite there having been 2 of the item in stock when ordered via the web. Only found out when phoning to check on why another item did not appear to have been dispatched.

What I ordered. The quality expected and delivered on time. Good quality.

I managed to find what I wanted and it was in stock. Delivery was quick had no problems

It has been nearly a month for 1 apron, meant to be a sample to order more. Do not waste your time with them. They not even bother to answer your complaints.
This is my first eamil of complaint ever in my life. Imagine how bad they are.

Size and quality as expected but colour much lighter grey than advertised which was disappointing .

Site shows items "in stock" and only after 24hours after paying for items and expecting imminent delivery do you receive an updated e-mail stating item is out of stock for several weeks. This was unfortunately my experience several times.

Wrong colour, ordered hospital blue got a grey instead. Clearly items aren’t checked x

Arrived late and complaints not dealt with properly. Very unprofessional and unreliable.

I had been wearing my old tunic which was Sz14 and getting a bit tight around the waist so needed a new one, I ordered a Sz 16 as thought this would definitely be a better fit. Alas the 16 was smaller than the old 14!! So ended up having to order a Sz 18, which fits just a little larger than the original old 14, please get sizing right and true ( my old 14 was also from Alexandra )
